Resumo
O presente trabalho objetiva analisar de forma crítica às mudanças ocorridas no mundo do trabalho em razão da reforma trabalhista, observando se referidas mudanças constituem um retrocesso na luta por direitos sociais do trabalho. Para tanto nos valemos do método dedutivo, utilizando como técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica sendo constituída basicamente por livros, artigos científicos e texto de Lei. Ao final da pesquisa foi possível concluir que as transformações ocorridas no âmbito da legislação trabalhista, num primeiro momento traduz na redução da segurança jurídica do trabalhador, em um claro retrocesso.

Abstract
This paper aims to analyze critically the changes that have occurred in the world of work due to the labor reform, observing whether these changes constitute a setback in the struggle for social rights at work. To do so, we use the deductive method, using as a bibliographical research technique basically consisting of books, scientific articles and text of Law. At the end of the research it was possible to conclude that the transformations occurred in the scope of labor legislation at first translates into the reduction of legal certainty of the worker, in a clear setback.
